Shandwick Place – WESTBOUND –
Temporary closure to traffic

Starting Saturday 27 February, buses normally travelling WESTBOUND along Shandwick Place towards Haymarket will be diverted to use Lothian Road, West Approach Road & Morrison Link.

For the period of the diversions, WESTBOUND buses will use Lothian Road, West Approach Road, Morrison Link and Morrison Street instead of Shandwick Place and Atholl Crescent.

If you travel WESTBOUND and use the Shandwick Place or Atholl Crescent bus stops:

ALIGHTING from your bus:
for Shandwick Place use bus stops PY (12, 26, 31, N26), PZ (3/A, 4, 25, 33, 44/A, N25, N44), LB (48/X48)
for Atholl Crescent use bus stop at Morrison Link.

BOARDING your bus:
please use PY (12, 26, 31, N26), PZ (3/A, 4, 25, 33, 44/A, N25, N44), LB (48/X48) or Morrison Link.

AIRLINK TO AIRPORT will use stop LB instead of Shandwick Place.

Eastbound buses will continue to use West Maitland Street and Shandwick Place.

Changes from a.m. Monday 15 February 2010

N8 – Service withdrawn due to extremely low passenger demand (final journeys will run on a.m. Sunday 14 February 2010)

N31 – Will run on Saturday and Sunday mornings only. Revised one-way route in Bonntrigg to serve Polton Street (starts (20 February 2010).
